Why you are seeing this

This system records who has used their Lunch at the JCI World Congress Clark 2026. We handle personal data to do that, and we want everyone, Delegates and staff, to know exactly what we hold and what we do with it.

What we hold

• Delegate number, name and organization (chapter or national organization)
• Lunch records: which Restaurant served the Delegate, on which day and at what time
• For people with an account: a sign-in email and the times they signed in
• Staff actions in the system, kept in an audit log (who did what and when)

The QR code contains the Delegate number only, printed on each Delegate's physical ID. No names are shown on the QR, on the scanner or on the public pages. We do not collect ID documents or payment card details here.

Only the QR printed on the physical ID is accepted. Restaurants must not scan QR codes shown on a phone screen or in a screenshot, and Delegates should not share photos of their QR.

Why we use it

• To confirm a Delegate is entitled to Lunch and to prevent duplicate meals
• To pay Restaurants correctly and reconcile their statements
• To produce Event reports and to keep the system secure and auditable

We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it for any other purpose.

Who can see it

• Delegates see only their own Lunch status and history.
• Restaurant staff see a Delegate's name and number when that Delegate's QR is scanned at their Restaurant, and their own Restaurant's records.
• Event organizers (Admins) see records across all Restaurants for operations, payment and reporting.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for Event reporting, payment reconciliation and audit. After that the organizers archive or remove it under their data retention policy.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to access it, to ask for corrections, and to object or ask for it to be blocked or erased, as the law allows. To make a request or ask a question, please speak to the WC26 registration desk or help desk.

If you are staff (Restaurant or Admin)

• Use Delegate information only to serve and settle Lunch. Nothing else.
• Do not photograph, copy, screenshot or share Delegate names, numbers or QR codes.
• Do not share your login. Sign out when you leave a shared device.
• Report any wrong scan, lost device or suspected data issue to the organizers straight away.
